Power Properties

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How long will it take to rent my home?
There are several variables that affect how quickly your home will rent including: season, price, location, and condition of the home. So there is no definitive answer but if your home is in a good location, updated condition and you ask a reasonable rent then your home should rent within 6 weeks. If your home is very expensive (greater than $1800/month) it may take between 3-6 months to rent your home due to the limited market for such homes.
  2. I don't understand my Monthly Financial Statement(s)?
