1980
1982
We moved to larger independent premises at 4603 Varsity Dr NW and expanded our staff to three. Then in July ,1982 we acquired the residential management division of Cowley and Keith Real Estate and expanded our staff to five adding two property managers and a leasing agent to handle one hundred and sixty homes as well as our commercial properties.
1986
We had reached 250 homes and 12 commercial buildings and had to move to a larger premise at 4600- 16 Ave NW. We added another secretary and a controller bringing our staff to nine. Then disaster hit in 1988 when most of our commercial clients and CMHC were able to sell their properties after the recession had run its course. We had to downsize and moved into a shared accommodation downtown at 636- 6 Ave SW. We decided to focus exclusively on residential management.

1992
We continued growing slowly and steadily and ran out of space again so moved to 600-6 Ave SW. We got back up to a staff of seven plus three realtors
1998
Our lease was coming up for renewal and we had lost the use of our parking lot, which we had sold on behalf of one of our cliets. We decided to purchase a more permanent location. We renamed the strip shopping
2009-present
We continued to increase our client base and staff over the next twelve years to our present six hundred-plus homes and condominiums, and two commercial buildings, which we own. Our staff has increased to fourteen office and eight realtors giving us three teams of property managers and assistants, a specialty teams to coordinate major repairs and look after lease renewals and finally a controller and accountant to look after record keeping and reporting to owners. We expanded into a third bay in Power Plaza in 2009 to accommodate the increasing staff and the anticipated increase in our clientele.
