Power Properties Ltd is a professional real estate company providing property management and real estate sales services for property owners, investors and non residents. We have been in business since 1980.
David W. Palmer, the president, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI). These designations represent the highest level of education in the property management and sales fields.

We have three teams of property managers and assistants to look after your properties. This means that we have the necessary manpower and backup to make sure your property receives the proper care even when there is an absence due to illness or vacation. Most of our staff have a minimum of ten years experience in business which minimizes errors and improves efficiency. Our property managers have an average of 20 years of experience in maintaining homes.

We have two accountants to handle all of the financial recording and reporting for your properties.

We have 8 licensed realtors who look after the leasing and sales requirements of your property.

The bottom line is that we are experienced, dedicated professionals. We know what to do in almost every situation. We know that maintaining a home in good condition and selecting the best tenants is the only way to satisfy our clients. Your home, under our care, should appreciate in value and provide market rental income while it is rented.
