Meet Jessica, the General Manager at Power Properties. She began her career in real estate working in conveyancing before transitioning into property management, giving her experience across multiple areas of the industry and a strong understanding of the day to day operations behind the business. Over the years, Jessica has become a key part of Power Properties’ leadership team, overseeing integration, process development, accountability, and operational alignment across the company. With a focus on structure, execution, and continuous improvement, she helps keep teams connected, priorities on track, and the business running efficiently as the company continues to grow.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys exploring Vancouver Island’s food scene and discovering new restaurants and culinary experiences. A true foodie at heart, she’s always on the lookout for great flavors and local hidden gems. In her spare time, she also enjoys baking and continuing to develop her skills as a home baker.
