Our Property Management Fees
Get a clear overview of our standard fees for rental properties in Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, and Medicine Hat. Our pricing is simple and transparent, with three main fees and no upfront charges until your home is rented. This structure ensures you know exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs along the way.
2. Leasing Your Property
See how Power Properties® markets your rental, pre-screens applicants, completes in-person showings, and processes applications before approving a tenant. Our leasing process is designed to place responsible renters who meet financial requirements and are more likely to take care of your property long-term, helping reduce turnover and vacancy.
3. Repairs and Maintenance
Understand how repairs and maintenance are handled, including what tenants and owners are responsible for. Our process includes clear communication, defined spending limits, and trusted vendor coordination to ensure maintenance is completed efficiently while keeping costs transparent and controlled.
4. The Tenancy Cycle- From Move in to Move Out
Follow the full tenancy cycle, from the legal move-in condition report to routine inspections at the three-month and nine-month marks. Thorough documentation, structured inspections, and planned renewal timelines help protect your property, minimize disputes, and reduce vacancy risk as each lease term comes to an end.
5. Rental Property Insurance
Learn about the insurance requirements for rental properties and how coverage protects your investment. Our all-risk group policy includes features such as vandalism protection, rental income coverage, extended vacancy allowances, and increased liability limits, offering broader protection than many standard landlord insurance policies.
