We manage unfurnished and furnished properties in Calgary & Surrounding Communities, Edmonton, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. Types of properties range from detached houses, condos, multi-family buildings, etc.

Yes! We are non-resident specialists. Every aspect of managing their property can be done through email or on the phone including monthly rental income deposits.
We can also assist with non-resident taxes to ensure compliance with the Canada Revenue Agency.

If your client has signed up for our full-service property management services, we’ll send you a $200 referral fee. Once the paperwork has been signed and we’ve set up the client in our system, our accounting department will issue a cheque to your brokerage.

Yes! We encourage you to stay in touch with your clients for their real estate needs. When you refer a client to us, our agency agreement will be updated to name you as their Realtor for that specific property, so if they decide to sell while we’re managing it, you will be assured the sale.
